At Salty Safari by Noosa Living, we want you to love your coastal-inspired fashion. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in original condition, unworn, and with all Salty Safari tags attached before securely packing them.

• 3.
  Send it Back

  Affix the provided return label or address your parcel to our Noosa warehouse using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Process & Refund

  Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 business days to your original payment method.
